MobileLaw privacy statement

To give you directed access to the wealth of judicial information in MobileLaw, we need to know you better.
We explain below in detail which personal data we need to process.

1. Which information do we keep ?
> your name
> your password (encrypted)
> your e-mail address
> your country of interest concerning legislation
> your language of preference
> your bought modules of MobileLaw

2. What do we do with this information ?
Thanks to this data we can:
> improve our services and processes, like the contents of our websites and apps
> facilitate your use of our app, for example by showing relevant acts higher in the scrolling menu
> show acts mostly in your preferential language
> offer help in your own language
We keep the registered information for maximum two years for statistical purposes.

3. We guarantee that you will not receive commercial communication from other companies
Only MobileLaw will use your e-mail address. We will never transfer your personnal information to others.

4. Your data and authorization are adaptable and accessible
4.1 Registration and use of your data in the sites and apps of MobileLaw
At any moment you can withdraw your authorization to register and use your data on our websites and apps, by sending an e-mail to mobilelaw@outlook.com.
After reception of your request of deletion, we will delete as soon as possible all your data out of our files. Because of this we can no longer link your bought products to you, and you will no longer have access to the paying part of MobileLaw.
4.2 Direct marketing (commercial communication from MobileLaw)
As each person from whom we collect and treat data, you can oppose at any moment our use of your data for direct marketing purposes, via an e-mail to info@mobilelaw.ml.
In this case we will no longer send you any commercial offers.
4.3 General right to access and correction
You can exercise your right to access and correction via the same e-mail address, by adding a copy of the front of your identity card.
